Ipad 4th generation wifi with all latest updates when using facetime to talk to my Mother with similar machine loses visuals every time after around 5 seconds of connection. My iphone works fine as does my brother's ipad 3 to my Mother's machine - both via the same connection that I use for my ipad. Can anyone help? Thanks.
