Album view
Its a surprise that this was a topic 6 years ago and it still seems not to be possible to turn off album view" it is so irritating. Does anyone how to get rid off it?

At this time, there is not a setting to disable this feature. However, you can always use the device’s orientation lock which is conveniently located in the Control Center for quick access:
