Pioneer P2400BT bluetooth not working with iOS8

My Pioneer P2400BT car stereo stopped working when iOS6 was released. I was unable to use my iPhone handsfree using Bluetooth. It took months to get, but Pioneer released new firmware to support AVRCP 1.4.

The same Pioneer P2400BT car stereo stopped working again with my new iPhone6 running iOS8. Again, I cannot use my iPhone6 handsfree using Bluetooth. I've sent in an inquiry to Pioneer; however, I have not heard back from them.
