in App store app won't load. says paused. resume button does nothing!
I have a case number put through by Customer Relations of the Executive board a Apple HQ. I give the case number and am put on permanent hold. Upgraded my OS. Now everything else needs upgrading . Upgrade once takes - next day back to needing to update. Try again freezes up. Romand-Option-Esc result is "not responding". Go to APP Store -it says paused. The resume button does absolutely nothing!
