Family Sharing DOESN'T work - it's VERY HARD to setup

I've spent almost 3hrs trying to figure out how to setup family sharing for my kids. My kids are both younger than 13yo. I setup the first account and the process went through fine, but received NO email, NO rescue email and I CANNOT access the new email I setup for my son. So now I'm stuck, how the **** is this easy if I can't even get past this?

I searched the forum and couldn't find anything of the sort.

I tried resetting the password on the website, and it says the birthday is in correct - which its not obviously.

So now what???

I have to say, ever since Steve Jobs passed away, Apple has been crap! 😟

I'm sorry to hear that it has been such a frustrating experience for you, but my family members and I have not had any trouble with family sharing or child accounts. I don't have enough information to know what the problem is in your case, but these articles may be of some assistance to you 🙂

Hi, thanks for your reply, I actually figured out that this whole time the registration NEVER actually occurred! and when I went to put in the DOB, it would say incorrect rather than say to me the account doesn't exist.... go figure!
