Jan 30, 2015 7:12 PM in response to Newbie314by Zak_Australia,Hi, thanks for your reply, I actually figured out that this whole time the registration NEVER actually occurred! and when I went to put in the DOB, it would say incorrect rather than say to me the account doesn't exist.... go figure!
