after purchasing tv episode i try to watch it and the whole time it just freezes

Are you streaming it? Then it may fluctuate with the strength of your WiFi signal
Are you on DSL or cable?

yes i purchase it then stream it.
Then check your download speed please
You can use Ookla speed test if you like
