After update to IOS 8.1.3, iPhone 5s shows BLUE SCREEN :(

After I updated to IOS 8.1.3, my iPhone 5s kept restart itself for 2 days. Today, it restarted itself again then Blue screen shows up. I tried to hold the Sleep and Home button together, it just kept show Apple logo, then blue screen, logo then blue screen. It just keep repeating. Is anyway I can fix it instead get the new phone? or is anyway I can delete IOS 8.1.3 from my phone, cause it works fine before I update it…. 😟 THANKS~~~
