Q: I can't use imessage or face time on my iPad 4

I Can't use my iMessage or face time suddenly on my iPad 4th gen. A window pops up and tells me to sign in and then I get an error message. Apple told me to make sure I'm update to latest iOS and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.3
