Q: incorrect Apple id

When I made to restore my iphone 5c through iTunes I could not activate my phone. that apple id is not valid.when to announce over www.ičloud.com my account without entering problem. I have remove all of the devices that were online through the account again and I can not activate my phone.I can send pictures from my trouble and expense of the serial number of the phone.Please help me.
