iPhone 6 plus doesn't appear on iTunes 12.1

I had to use my usb to connect to my iMac. After that I it showed up. I can't get mine to connect wirelessly either. Bluetooth is on etc. Connected to same network.

I have an iPhone 6 and i run Microsoft 7 on hp and i've recently downloaded the latest iTunes. My iPhone isn't showing up on iTunes and it wont let me iTunes wi-fi .I've tried updating my device on the computer but its all up to date . Is there any other way anyone can help me ?? . below is what my itunes is showing

I am having the same problem with my iphone 6 plus, i forgot my passcode and the Itunes cant sincronize to reset my iphone i tried all the described here and in the support, nothing works, its the firs time i try an apple device and i am frustrated by this issue.

Don't waste time with these technical updates: Old USB cords don't work--use the new one that came with the iPhone 6 or buy a brand new one.
