What is the different between backlit UK Vs US?

I’m planning to order new MacBook Pro where I’m bit confused on keyboard selection between British & US backlit, couldn’t under the difference! I’m living in middle east, any feedback suggestion please?

British keyboard is not the same as a US keyboard. It is designed for normal use throughout the UK using normal British symbols and special characters. If you are from the UK, then you should order that keyboard. If you are from the US, then order that keyboard. If neither then look what other keyboards can be ordered.
