If you are having an issue with reaching your iCloud drive from your web browser, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

I did follow the steps from the link you provided with no avail. The iCloud drive won't load on any computer or browser returning the same error which I screen captured in my earlier message. Everything else shows up and works just not the drive page.
Any further assistance would be appreciated.

Unfortunately your advice isn't helping. Essentially I am paying $3.99 per month for a cloud service which I cannot access on any computer. I still get the "iCloud Drive has Stopped Responding" message. And I have followed the link inviting me to send the info Apple dozens upon dozens of times, yet there is no change in the problem.
Thank goodness for Evernote and Gdrive. ICloud is not inspiring very much confidence in my war on paper!
