One call per IOS then "Call ended" !

Hello There , I got an Iphone4 GSM3.1 ios 7.1.2(11D257) and My issue is nowhere to be found. "Call ended" but In an unique way so every time I restore the ios I get 1 call or 1 receive and thats it , I can send messages as much as I like , but only make 1 call, or 1 receive , of course I tried everything , settings app > phone> hide caller id on/off does not work for me, and nothing works , and the fact that when I do restore the ios I can actually make one call or one receive isnt funny , the amount of time it takes me to restore the ios , and what am I supposed to do restore the ios everytime I want to make a call or a receive ? Please Let me know what is it , thanks!

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, null

I cannot because My warranty is out of date , And the problem is not the sim card , this is my 5th sim and nothing changes , also I do always restore it as new!

Being outside your warranty doesn't mean you have no replacement options from Apple.

And I never said it was as problem with the SIM card.

If you've restored as new properly [How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups - Apple Support], and you carrier has confirmed it is not a carrier-side, account-side, service-side issue, then your device needs to be serviced.

However, I doubt the carrier has done all they can do. They are usually notorious for passing the buck. Call them again, ask for a supervisor. GO to a store. Have them temporarily move your account to another device. If the problem transfers to one of their test devices, then it is account side on the carrier end. If not, then your device needs service. Ask them for your options for service/replacement.

Yes , carrier does not matter because I got my friends iphone with same simcard in and he can call and receive as much as he likes , so its defietly not a carrier problem , Of course I did a full restore/delete, still nothing works , I don't think even a jailbreak would fix it, and Im not going to try , but there mush be something because in the log of the number says call canceled which means I got to make a real number into an emergecy number so when It will call the emergecy trick to call the real numbe is that possible ? could be a solution

I wonder could it be black listed , Even if messages send but no calls? because I restored it this time , And I decided to turn on the wifi while I was on activation screen , then I couldnt make a call at all

so is it possible?

Once again. It's either a carrier-side issue or a device-side issue. If the carrier says there's no problems on their side, then it is device-side. Get the device serviced or replaced by your carrier or by Apple.

My carrier said there was nothing wrong with my phone, and they said that 2 times but now I cant even call them so ... And apple wount replace it for me because I do not have t6he certificate of purchase I bought it long ago and dont have that now!

You don't need a proof of purchase to replace your iPhone with Apple. Your device has a registered day of purchase in their system, which tells them if you are in or out of warranty. If you're out of warranty, then an iPhone 4 can be replaced for $149 USD + tax.
