    What model number of AirPort Express do you have?

     

    Not sure?  Get out the reading glasses or a magnifying glass and look for the model number on the side of the Express.  It starts with an "A" followed by four numbers. Post back with that info.

     

    We also need the make and model number of your modem to understand how it works with the Express.

     

    As far as Internet connection is concerned, the Express will be no faster than the signal delivered by your ISP. So, if you are looking for a faster Internet connection, you may be looking for a faster Internet connection plan from your provider.
