Q: when the call is connected that time sound is too low,but laud speaker

Hello,

Good Evening. Outgoing & Incoming the both call time sound is too low, but if I use Hands free & Head phone that time sound is very clear. How can I get solution of this problem ?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3, null
