For the most part, all the inside comes out, and that includes the CRT display.

There may be other ideas online on how to customize the case for a kitty bed.

and kitty-bed; & with 9-lives, there's more stuff that can actually keep kitty awake.

PS: kitty cats usually like a warm MacBooks to cuddle up to, or a working keyboard

to walk across and mess up someone's work. A smart kitty may text some buddies.

Understand that there are some video components that can hold a death-dealing amount of residual voltage. Any work above the Faraday shield exposes you to those dangers. If you are not familiar with working on high-voltage CRT components, get a pro to take it apart.
