I can not install viber to iphone 3gs ios 6.1.6. It says that i need newer ios version. Though there is not newer ios version available for 3gs. Could I find an older viber version through iTunes?

I am not able to install viber to iphone gs ios 6.1.6 I can not find an older version of viber suitable for ios 6.1.6 in iTunes.
