How to get calculator out of utilities folder?

If you are referring to the Calculator in iOS on the iPhone, then just open the folder, hold down on the app until it starts to wiggle. Then slide the app onto the home page and tap on the Home button.

Is this the OS native Calculator app? How did it wind up in the Utilities folder?

If you can, try to drag it back into the main Applications folder.
