iPhone 5c keeps restarting after updating to iOS 8.1.3

So I after updated my phone to the iOS 8.1.3 I was playing a game, Radiation Island if it matters, and the phone crashed and doesn't boot up past the Apple logo screen. For a bit it said plug into iTunes and I did but iTunes said it could not contact the iPhone software or something along the lines of that. I then also tried to reset it by holding the home and lock buttons but no avail.
