i've added songs to my wish list - how do I now buy them?

I have located an article which explains how to purchase items on your Wish List, take a look at the following link:

Mac and PC

1. Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID, if you aren't signed in already.
3. Click on your account name.
4. Select Wish List.
5. Click the desired content type within Wish List.
6. Click the price under the item you want to buy.
7. Type your Apple ID password, if prompted.
8. Click Buy.
