Q: Single Keychain Access For All Apple Devices

What is the process for setting a keychain password so that it applies across all Apple devices (e.g. MAC, iPhone, iPad? I simply want to have access across my devices for the common APPs I use. I thank you in advance for your help!

MacBook Pro, iOS 8.1.1
