How can I activate my Iphone? Its locked with German sim, but not sure..Please help me.
Already tried many softwares to unlock. Had gone through various videos but no help yet.

Only the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it.
Contact that carrier and ask if they offer this service and if you qualify

No one here or even at Apple can help you
Your best option is to contact that German carrier
