How to retrieve my pass code for my iphone 5s, kindly help.

You cannot retrieve it. The only thing you can do is clear it, by restoring the phone. See this support document for instructions for a forgotten passcode. Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
