Q: Failure in Backing Up Data by Using iTunes

When I used the latest iTunes to back up data from my iPhone5s (iSO8.1.2), the system displayed a message, saying that the Mobilebackup tool has stopped working. I tried many solutions obtained from the Internet, but none works. What could I do?
