My thunderbolt display will not come on. When I reboot the white start up screen comes on and the black line starts coming across and then about halfway the screen goes black. Although I have all the screen is the mouse pointer.help please. Thank you
my thunderbolt display will not come on. When I reboot the computer I get the Apple logo and white start up screen but then about halfway through the boot process it goes black. All I have on the screen now is the small pointer arrow. Any help? Please?
