I'm trying to download what appears to be a free app onto my iphone...this is a constant problem it never I mean never recognizes my iTunes password. I believe it is supposed to be the same as Apple but if not I request a pw change and it never sends me a password reset and YES I check spam folders and multiple emails.
Then this KPCC app Apple wanted credit info so I gave it and was told my bank doesn't approve of iPhone App downloads, BS, because I tried to download it when I got home and it still won't download. Obviously I have the right sign on and password or wouldn't be on here.
