I have been taught to save my documents every five minutes. It saves one a lot of time reentering information. How does one accomplish this with Pages in Yosemite?

Once you have saved the first time, Yosemite will auto-save regularly for you, otherwise you can hit command s, the standard Mac shortcut, when you want to save.

The following states that Pages in Yosemite does auto save. I don't use Pages enough to have had any personal experience. OS X Yosemite: Save documents
Save your Pages document once. Thereafter, it will auto-save. You cannot change the auto-save frequency.
