Program iTunes stopped working

Hi, I have a problem with my iTunes. Two days ago I updated my iTunes on the laptop and after that, iTunes crashed. So now, when I want to open my iTunes, it shows me a message " Program iTunes stopped working " I reinstall my iTunes and all of the programs connected with iTunes like a updater and bonjour .... but its not working. I still see this message. Can you help me with that ?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3, null

Try working through TS1717: iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues to start with.



Otherwise, for general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.


The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.


Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
