i just got an iPhone 6 and I'm with Bell mobility, i don't have a credit card, so I'm just wondering if my iTunes purchases will be put on my cell bill?

No. You must provide some payment method to the iTunes store. This can be a credit card, debit card, or Apple gift card. See: Creating an iTunes account without a credit card
The iTunes purchases are paid to Apple. If you have not registered a credit card at Settings > iTunes & App Stores, you will not be able to purchase anything in iTunes.
