I need icons to appear above the lock screen on ios mobile phones.

Hi All,

I need some icons to appear above the lock screen on ios mobile phones, ipads. Pretty much like the emergency call icon

The app is a safety app for people to use, useful for women and children etc. Don't want to be restricted to just IOS 8.

How can I ask / get special permission from Apple?
