2 different computers are synced on safari.

I have just set up my Mom's new laptop. I backed up her machine macbook (about 5 years old) and transferred to new MacBook Air. When I bring up her safari page, it is linked to my Dad's computer with all his reader list, his favorites, his popular list and not hers that she had on her old computer. How do I get hers back and unlink it from Dad's? I adjusted her favorites bar and it changed on my Dad's computer as well. This will never do. Can someone help me?

Mom and dad must be using the same Apple ID.

On the MBAir, open System Preferences > iCloud

Deselect: Safari

That way she can setup her favorites without them syncing via iCloud to your dad's computer and vice versa.
