Merging duplicate Appleid's
Can you copy over details and apps from one appleId to another one owned by the same person? I have created two ids by mistake and want to move all the apps from one to another. Is this possible?

Not possible. Apple does not support merging Apple IDs. You will need to maintain them both if you have purchased content with both of them.
