Q: iPhone home sharing not working

iPhone 4S Version 8.1.2 (12B440) using app Remote Version 4.2.1 (849) isn't connecting to my Mac Mini's OS X 10.10.1's iTunes 12.0.1.26's Home Sharing.

I have both the iPhone Remote app Home Sharing and iTunes turned on and logged in with my Apple ID.

The iPhone Remote app says:

Turn on Home Sharing in iTunes on your computer or on Apple TV using the account myAppleIDUserName@domain.com.

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

To troubleshoot this issue where the Remote app on your iPhone is prompting you to log in to Home Sharing on iTunes even though you have already, I'd like you to please follow the directions in the article below.
