i want to change the security reset email address

i want to change the security reset email address

i changed the primary email address on apple ID but i also want to change the security questions too.

so i looked at the bottom of the security question box but it said {Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to 8•••••@qq.com}< this 8•••••@qq.com doesn't exist so i would love to change the email address so please someone help me

You cannot(without supplying your security answers) and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
