Could you please manually send a link to restore account to *********** or to my additional email ***********, or ***********

It sounds like you've tried resetting your password to take care of the account being disabled for security reasons but you do not get he email to reset it. According to the following article you will need to reach out to Apple directly for assistance:


If your Apple ID has been locked


If you can't reset your password and you don't use two-step verification, contact Apple Support.
