After update to s/w level8.1.3 Bluetooth inoperativ

After update to s/w level 8.1.3 , I pad cannot find my I phone via Bluetooth which was updated at the same time.

both are running same levels of sw both have been restored via I tunes to no avail .

also I phone now cannot connect to car and sms message are now not shown in vechicle .display
