iTunes 12 crashes to desktop when accessing Books/pdf section

Hi,

I am using Windows 7 64bit, and when i click on books my itunes crashes.

My itunes version is 12.1

Windows 7

After reviewing your post, it sounds like iTunes in Windows is crashing. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
