How to recovery my contact as i didn't backup at all.

When i accidentally importing the contact from SIM Card, the latest contact that i save at my IPhone 3G all gone. So, is there any ways to help me restore back my latest contact that save in Phone Device instead of SIM Card ? Or i need to take it to Switch store to recovery back my Contact?
