I have tried logging my fault with apple and they have sent an email with a link that has got to be opened on my phone, but I can't get into my phone.

Feb 2, 2015 10:09 AM in response to jmk1959by ChrisJ4203,Have you jailbroken either of these devices? Have you used the computer you are trying to update with to jailbreak a device? Have you tried using another computer to do the update? You may have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the device checked, or send the device off to Apple care.

Feb 2, 2015 10:52 AM in response to jmk1959by ChrisJ4203,If you don't know what jailbreaking is, then I doubt that you would have done it. It is a software modification. Don't worry about it, but do try another computer. Otherwise you will need to make the Genius Bar appointment.
