Q: Beats headphones?

Whenever I  listen to my ipod touch (4th generation) with my beats studio headphones, I get this weird squeaking/chirping noise while the song is playing. It only happens whenever the song is playing and it goes away after a few seconds whenever I pause or the song ends. I've use the headphones on my computer as well and the noise isn't there whenever I do. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the ipod itself or just the headphone jack maybe. I've reset the settings in general settings but that didn't work. So I was wondering what the issue was.
