malware

i need assistance with removing this malware from computer... my screen is locked and will not allow me to do anything unless i call this pay for service number

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), iOS 8.1.3

Force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the Shift Key.

Force quit Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn't work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.

That type of popup isn't produced by malware on the computer.
