My Iphone 5c seems full of pictures but its's empty

The internal storage of my Iphone 5C seems full of pictures but there is nothing saved! I cannot do any movie because memory is full but there is nothing to be cancelled. Can somebody help me?

Hello celestefromariccia,

Have you tried importing the pictures from your iPhone onto your computer? Usually at the end of import you are given the option to delete them from the iPhone. This affects only images that were taken with the iPhone.

Before importing your media:

Windows 8: Learn how to import photos and videos from a camera, phone, or DVD (Windows Help)
Windows 7 and Windows Vista: Learn how to get pictures from your camera to your computer(Windows Help)

If your computer doesn't recognize an attached iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a camera, and prevents you from importing photos to your computer, learn how to resolve the issue.


This section will explain how to remove any pictures on your iPhone that were synced from the computer using iTunes.

To delete synced photos and videos from your device

  1. In iTunes, click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper-right corner first.)

  3. Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
    Note: To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."
  4. Click Apply.
