My son had a bad birthday on his account and bought items on family sharing, not authorized.

I recently signed up for family sharing and my 13 year old son had a bad birthday in his account. He was shown as an adult and was able to buy $125 worth of items in Clash of Clans that I did not authorize. What can I do.
