Apple replaced my iPhone 5 free of charge two weeks ago after it suddenly died through no fault of my own (hardware issue).
I updated the software on the new phone and then set it to restore from iCloud.
Two weeks later - the restore still hasn't finished apparently!
Two main issues:
1) How do I get it to finish? i have checked for songs in itunes that are from others' accounts and can't see or remember any, although it is asking me for people's passwords when I turn the phone on. STRANGELY though some of the users it is asking me for I haven't even seen since I've owned an iPhone 5!! How can I determine what it is still trying to download and who these accounts are linked too? I have looked through itunes and can only see songs that I've purchased.
2) Missing photos - I just returned from a cruise when my phone died. When I first restored it, my photos reappeared in the photo stream, and then one day later they all disappeared again!! Obviously they are in the cloud somewhere. How can I recover them??
