Lost power up capability after two power dips

I experienced two half second power dips (or possible surges) that shut down my G4 M8493. Power goes through a surge arrestor, but it is old. All other devices including a PC came back immediately, but I get nothing with the On button on the G4. Any simple resets or fuses to check? Thanks for the help!
