iPhone 6 Plus won't make calls anymore

I have a gray 128gb iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 8.1.2. Everything else works (cellular data 3g or lte, sms sending and receiving, and receiving calls) besides making a phone call.

List of what I did:

Turning off and on.
Network reset

Hard reset (home button and power button till apple logo appears)

Turning off and removal of sim then turning on and inserting sim

iOS update to 8.1.3

Checked for carrier updates-none

Kindly help me as the above mentioned did not help me in any way. Thanks.

Hey keal01,

Good job with troubleshooting your issue with making phone calls. There a few things to still try like checking with your carrier to see if there are any issues on their end as well as restoring your iPhone and set it up new to test it out further.
