digital booklet literally non-existent

i bought an album on my ipod touch 5th gen, it said digital booklet included. well it was not. it is absolutely no where on my ipod, or computer. i have tried everything. where is it and where can i find it? its not on my computer, its not in my ibooks on my ipod or computer, and its not in my music library or anywhere else. on the download screen, where i purchased the album in itunes, it is just faded and nothing happens when i click it. i'm starting to get tired of all this crap. i just want my booklet.
