i forget my password in my account and i can't use my iphne at all its blocked, this is my account in icloud : ghaliam1@hotmail.com

Don't post your personal information on a public forum. I will ask the hosts to remove it.

In the meantime, if you have forgotten your password, go to Manage Your Apple ID and click on Reset Password, and reset it: Apple - My Apple ID

If you don't remember the answers to your Security Questions, contact Apple Support to have them reset: ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
