I'm trying to set up a brand new MacMini out of the box. I got as far as the iCloud Drive question asking me if I wanted to upgrade.
Problem is after selecting the option the computer has been stuck on this screen with a spinning cursor for well over 10 minutes now. Not sure what to do. This definitely does not bode well if it's doing it out of the box...
Any ideas???
Terminate and try again. Try depressing and holding the Power button. It should turn off. If not then unplug.
You have to have an internet connection on the Mac.
If still problem call Apple. You have 90 days of free telephone support

Yeah that's what I did, and of course since the user account was already created, I couldn't use it and the OS created a new "account1" instead... but hey that's life... just logged back with the first account and delete this new ...1 account
