Because your missing iPhone is no longer in your Find my iPhone devices list, it sounds as if your Apple ID may have been compromised. I would suggest that you should reset your password for that Apple ID. If as you say you are unable to log in to your Apple ID's page at https://appleid.apple.com you may need to use the methods in this article -
